1. For the air supply system of the pneumatic handle rust remover, the air inlet pressure at the tool inlet (not the air compressor outlet pressure) is generally 100 psig, too high or too low will damage the tool performance and longevity. The air intake must contain enough lubricating oil so that the air motor in the tool can be fully lubricated (you can put a white paper on the exhaust of the tool to check whether there is oil stain, normally there is oil stain). The air intake must be free of moisture, if the compressed air is not passed through the air dryer is not appropriate.
2. Do not dismantle the parts of the tool arbitrarily before operating, except that it will affect the safety of the operator and cause damage to the tool.
3. If the tool is slightly faulty or cannot achieve the original function after use, it should not be used anymore and should be checked immediately.
4. Regularly (about once a week) check and maintain tools, add grease to rotating parts such as bearings, and add oil to air motor parts.
5. When using various tools, be sure to follow various safety regulations and instructions for use.
6. Choose appropriate tools for work. Too large tools may cause work injuries, and too small tools may cause tool damage.
