Brass drain plug loose repair steps:
1. Turn off the water pipe first, so as not to cause more water accumulation.
2. First look at what is blocking the kitchen sink. Generally, the place where the brass drain plug is blocked is mostly a U-shaped bend. If it is a sewer pipe with a sewage screw, it is easy to handle, and it can be unscrewed directly. However, it is best to place a sewage basin under it before processing to avoid Dirty cupboards. After unscrewing, pass the two sides with a steel wire, and it can usually be solved quickly. If it is still not resolved, you can remove all the downpipes, unscrew all the plastic connections, rinse them clean, remove the impurities inside and assemble them sequentially, and it will be done in less than half an hour.
3. Generally, the brass drain plugs at home are blocked by greasy, so pour a pot of boiling water into the downpipe first, and then dredge the effect will be better. Use hands or hooks and other tools to reach into the drainpipe to clear the blockage dirt in it. If you live on the first floor, you should check whether fallen leaves or silt have accumulated in the outdoor sewer, so that the drain pipe is blocked.
4. When there is no obvious blockage in the drain pipe of the pool or sink, the overflow hole can be blocked with a damp cloth, and then the silt can be removed with a stick.
