1. Since the pneumatic hammer is mainly used in impact operations, the impact on the silo is realized by the hammer head with a magnet, so the pneumatic hammer is easy to cause the hammer head magnet to be broken during the repeated impact, thereby weakening the attraction force of the magnet. At the same time, the magnet on the hammer head is attracted to the base plate, and the hammer head needs to be pushed away by compressed air. The pressure source is relatively fixed and single, which will cause greater damage to the impact object. Therefore, when using the pneumatic hammer to impact, it is best to weld the channel steel on the silo, and install the pneumatic hammer on the channel steel to eliminate the hidden danger of destroying the silo;

2. Do a good job of safety protection during operations, and wear safety helmets and safety shoes as required;

3. Long-term use will cause the magnet on the blowing head to be broken, so pay attention to replacing the hammer head in time;

4. During the impact operation, garbage and dust will inevitably be generated. Install a filter on the pneumatic hammer in advance to avoid the mixing of debris and affect the good operation of the pneumatic hammer.
